Uma Karuna Thurman was an American actress who is best known for playing 'Mia' Wallace in the dark comedy film "Pulpfiction." She became an Hollywood A-list star for her part in the movie Pulp Fiction. She's a committed actor, and doesn't care about losing her shiny image. Her role as a defiant character in Kill Bill Kill Bill movie series earned numerous accolades. Her family was an unusual family and had an Indian-sounding name.
